Companies who wish to get in contact with ISP regarding pending cases should be aware that e-mails can be read by outsiders, therefore we recommend that any correspondence regarding applications etcetera, with respect to commercial and foreign secrecy, should be sent by registered mail. All incoming e-mails are treated in the same manner as regular mail.
