FDI Screening Statistics

During the reporting period from 1 April 2025 – 30 June 2025:

• The ISP has received 471 notifications.
• The ISP has left 400 notifications without action (Section 19 of the FDI Screening Act).
• ​​The ISP has initiated in-depth screening in 4 cases (Section 14 of the FDI Screening Act).
• The ISP has authorised 4 investments following screening (Section 21 paragraph 1 of the FDI Screening Act).
• The ISP has prohibited 1 investment (Section 20 of the FDI Screening Act).
• No investments were authorised with conditions (Section 21 paragraph 2 of the FDI Screening Act).

In the reporting period from 1 January - 31 March 2025:

• The ISP received 365 notifications.
• The ISP left 383 notifications without action.
• The ISP initiated in-depth screening in 7 cases.
• No investments were prohibited or authorised with or without conditions.

In the calender year 2024:

• The ISP received 1,263 notifications.
• The ISP left 1,107 notifications without action (Section 19 of the FDI Screening Act).
• ​​The ISP initiated in-depth screening in 26 cases (Section 14 of the FDI Screening Act).
• The ISP has authorised 12 investments following screening (Section 21 paragraph 1 of the FDI Screening Act).
• The ISP authorised 5 notifications with conditions (Section 21 paragraph 2 of the FDI Screening Act).
• The ISP prohibited 1 investment (Section 20 of the FDI Screening Act).
