FDI Screening Statistics

The ISP publishes quarterly statistics on notified investments under The Screening of Foreign Direct Investment Act (2023:560). Statistics for the first quarter of 2026 will be published here on 15 April 2026.

Yearly and quarterly statistics for 2023-2025 can be found here (pdf):

  • Number of notifications received
  • Number of decisions to take no action
  • Number of decisions to initiate screening
  • Number of investments authorised
  • Number of investments granted conditional authorisation
  • Number of investments prohibited
  • Number of notifications written off in the screening phase
  • Of which notifications written off after the ISP communicated its intended final decision
